Right to withdraw

You may notify us of your decision to return a purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Email contact@theprimeh.com with your order number and the items. Any clear statement is sufficient; a form or prior authorisation is not required to exercise this right.

After notifying us, send the goods back without undue delay and within 14 calendar days to FURLIGTH786 SL, Carrer Jovara, 287, 08370 Calella, Spain. Do not send them directly to the manufacturer.

Condition and return costs

You may inspect and try on the garment as you would in a shop. You are responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Keep labels and packaging where possible.

The buyer pays the direct return shipping cost for withdrawal. For defective, incorrect or damaged goods, contact us: the applicable legal remedy will be free of charge. Sale items retain the same statutory rights.

Refunds

We will refund payments received, including standard outbound delivery for a full-order return, without undue delay and within 14 calendar days of your notification. Extra charges for a more expensive delivery you voluntarily selected are excluded. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence of return, whichever comes first. We use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, with no refund fee.

Personalised items and guarantees

The withdrawal exception applies only to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you, and will be disclosed before purchase. A catalogue garment bearing our brand logo or made to order is not automatically personalised. The exception does not remove rights concerning defects or lack of conformity.

Your statutory guarantee and mandatory rights in your country remain applicable. Email us to describe a problem; photographs can help but are not a condition of your rights.
