Terms of purchase

Availability and ordering

The store is being prepared and currently accepts no purchases. Once enabled, each product page must specify features, confirmed materials, sizes, availability and price. Select the item and variant, review your bag, enter necessary details and check the total and terms before placing an order with an obligation to pay. You can correct details before confirmation.

Acceptance and order status will be communicated by email. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will inform you and refund any payment without undue delay. A pricing error does not authorise an extra charge without your consent or remove your applicable rights.

Prices and payment

The store currency is euro (EUR). The final total must show applicable taxes, delivery and other known charges before payment. Included VAT will not be added twice. Only payment methods actually offered at checkout apply; no payment gateway is active currently. Do not send card details by email or to the assistant.

Delivery, returns and guarantee

See the shipping and returns policies in the footer. Applicable preparation, transit, origin and import details will be disclosed before purchase. In Spain, new goods have a three-year statutory conformity guarantee from delivery, without prejudice to mandatory rights applicable in other countries. Reporting an issue does not waive guarantee or withdrawal rights.

Support and disputes

Send a complaint to the contacts above, identifying the order where applicable. Spanish law applies without depriving you of mandatory protection in your country of residence where applicable. No exclusive court is imposed to reduce consumer rights. You may contact consumer authorities or competent courts. We do not claim membership of an arbitration scheme.
