Data, purpose and legal basis

Browsing may involve technical data, such as IP addresses and security logs, to provide and protect the website, based on our legitimate interest in secure operation. When you contact us, we use information you provide to answer and handle your request, based on pre-contractual steps or a legitimate interest in handling queries. When purchases and accounts become available, necessary identity, contact, delivery and order data will be processed to fulfil contracts and legal obligations. No one is automatically subscribed to marketing. Any marketing consent will be requested separately and may be withdrawn. The assistant is not used to make automated decisions producing legal effects about you.

Optional AI assistant

You can browse and contact us by email or phone without AI. The assistant loads only when you explicitly start it from Help. Sending a question processes its text, necessary context and conversation history through AI Puffer Cloud to obtain a response from the selected model. Avoid names, addresses, order data, passwords, cards or sensitive information. Use support channels for personal enquiries.

AI Puffer Cloud uses technical and model providers that may process data outside the European Economic Area. Their use, retention and safeguards depend on the service and contracts; this notice does not guarantee that no third party retains data. Read AI Puffer’s privacy policy. Voluntarily sending a query requests this assistance; it does not authorise advertising or replace human verification. Answers can be wrong.

Recipients and retention

Hosting and necessary technical providers may process data to deliver the site. When purchases are available, payment, manufacturing and delivery providers receive only information needed for the operation; authorities receive data required by law. Enquiries are retained as needed to resolve them and handle liabilities; contract and tax records follow statutory periods. Local chat history may be retained for support and usage control; closing the window does not erase it. You may request deletion where applicable.

Your rights

Request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability where applicable by emailing us. You can withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. Only proportionate identification necessary to verify a request will be sought. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency or your country’s competent authority. Do not send identity documents to the chat.
