PRIME HELL™ and PRIME HEAVEN™ are its commercial lines: Hell expresses a dark, bold and rebellious identity; Heaven, a bright, elegant and balanced identity. Both share a premium direction.

THE PRIME H STORE™, PRIME HELL™ and PRIME HEAVEN™ identify the project and its commercial lines. Third-party rights are respected.

Original content and licences

Original graphics, logos, photographs, texts, illustrations and software may qualify for protection when legal requirements are met. Rights belong to their authors or lawful holders, including rights validly assigned or licensed to the store. Third-party resources and software under open licences retain their respective terms.

Using artificial intelligence tools does not automatically confer exclusive copyright in their output. Original human contributions and licence terms must be assessed in each case.

Use of materials

Where applicable rights exist, reproduction, distribution, adaptation, public communication or commercial exploitation requires the relevant permission, except where permitted by law or a valid licence. Browsing this website or buying a garment does not itself transfer rights in brands, graphics or designs. This notice does not restrict statutory exceptions, consumer rights or applicable open licences.
